Iced Coffee

Iced Coffee

  • 1 heaping tablespoon instant coffee powder, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
  • 3 tablespoons instant chocolate pudding powder
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 ½ pints coffee ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream

Blend the first seven ingredients until smooth. About half hour before serving, pour into coffee cups, and top with a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream. Refrigerate until serving.

Makes 8 servings.
