Peach Smoothie Recipes and Serving Ideas

PEACH SMOOTHIE/CREAM

  • 1 large can peaches in syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • ¾ cup yogurt or soymilk
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract.
  • ¼ cup peach schnapps or amaretto, optional for the drink

Freeze the peaches with syrup in a shallow baking pan.

Once frozen, thaw slightly. Break into pieces and process in a blender or food processor along with the other ingredients, until smooth.

Serve immediately as a drink (shown in Yoshi 3 oz. tall notion cups), or freeze.

FOR POPSICLES:

Immediately after processing, fill the popsicle molds, layering the peach, and mango sorbets. Freeze until firm.
