Schwarma in Pita

Cut up 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs into very small pieces.

Marinate in:

  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Place a little oil into a frying pan and heat up. Fry the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it is cooked through.

Serve in a pita with Israeli salad, hummous, hot sauce….enjoy!
