Vanilla Ice Cream

For instant gratifiaction, you can make this ice cream for two in the Zoku Slush Maker. Also a good idea when you just want to put a little on a dessert plate, alongside a piece of cake or fruit.

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg yolk (eliminate if you don't want raw egg)
• Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients (sugar must be dissolved).
2. Pour mixture into your Zoku slush maker and mix every 2-3 minutes until frozen and smooth. Leave your slush maker in the freezer between mixings.
3. Enjoy!
